Please review our Policy section for more information on breastpump and nursing bras exchanges or return. 30 Days satisfaction - Terms & Conditions: Bright Beginnings will gladly refund the purchase price of any item, minus shipping (EXCLUDING personal use items such as breastpumps, breastpump parts, breastfeeding devices, and nursing bras) as long as the item is returned within 30 days in UNOPENED AND UNUSED condition. Replacement parts are NOT returnable for refund, due to their personal nature. Custom-Made personalized items such as embroidered or monogrammed items are not returnable for refund unless they are defective. The cost for return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If you received free shipping with your original order, we will deduct the cost that we incurred to ship the initial package to you from your refund. We MUST receive the returned/exchanged item within 30 days of the date on the invoice. Any item received after 30 days from the date on the invoice will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for items returned to us more than 60 days past the date on the invoice. Include a copy of your sales receipt, along with your credit card number and expiration date with any item returned for a refund.
